According to a survey done at national level, the data that was collected in the survey shows that the economy is able to recover from the recent economic recession. It is believed the economy is reviving and growing at a slow pace again.

The economic recession that started at the end of 2008, has been the longest of all the economic depressions faced by the United States. However, there are growth signs seen in US economy which is a clear indication that the economy is getting better and improving. Investments in the housing market can change the scenario and add to the overall economic growth. Even though the growth is seen in the economy, people are still facing problems with unemployment. There are a lot of people who are hit badly by recession, and most of them lost their jobs and are still unemployed at present moment. The unemployment rate is expected to rise by 10% in 2010 and this eventually fall by the end of 2010. It is suggested that by 2010, this particular year will be one of the busiest years ahead for the White House and for Capitol Hill. Obama promises to take up appropriate steps to bring higher economic growth for the country, as well as prosperity to the nation by introducing the apt economic policy.
