North Korea Raises Threat |

According to officials, it seems that the North Koreans have up the ante with the US government, whereby news reports have stated that the Communist country has recently reprocessed 8,000 spent nuclear fuel rods, which has enough plutonium to increase their overall nuclear stockpile.
Nuclear specialists have mentioned that the spent nuclear fuel rods can produce enough weapons-grade plutonium for at least one atomic bomb. With the North Koreans increasing their threats for world peace, this might somehow force world leaders to hold bilateral talks with the Communist regime.
Personally, I believe that Americans, the Japanese, Russians and even the Chinese should take such nuclear threats seriously, as clearly, North Korea has the technology and capability to hit strategic targets via these nuclear bombs.
Do you think that world leaders will hold bilateral talks with the North Korean regime?
