I’m beginning to wonder – why would anyone want to spend a good amount of money to purchase e-readers, whereby these monochrome devices functionality are so limited, that you can only read e-books via the devices. The enTourage eDGe can function with dual-screen, and personally, I believe that the company is trying to simulate a situation whereby the reading environment resembles a reading environment.

It seems that Best Buy is betting that the latest Nokia Booklet 3G will be a huge hit this holiday season. According to Best Buy, they mentioned that this particular Booklet 3G will be available sometime during the holiday – which is either this month or the next.
Close sources have quoted that the Booklet 3G will be available on the November the 15th, and if you find the Booklet 3G to be a rather stylish device, perhaps you should get one of the netbooks from Best Buy?

With anticipation running high amongst US citizens, it seems that the healthcare overhaul has hit yet another snag, whereby not only the proposed bill will cost Americans $1.2 trillion over an implementation period of 10 years, but House representatives are still indecisive over 2 most important issues, namely abortion and immigration. Also, it seems that House Democrats have already prepared a 1,990 pages bill which is aimed at satisfying both liberal and moderates.
My personal thoughts:
Personally, I believe that Americans should think about their future, whereby with better healthcare options available, I’m sure this would somehow increase the overall quality of life for Americans considerably. Although the healthcare bill will represent one of the largest US expenditure for the next decade, but the benefits that entail the healthcare overhaul, supercedes the entire cost structure.
Also, since Americans are already spending several hundreds of billions for expensive wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, I’m sure when the US troops pull out from these war-torn countries, it will create more cash flow for the country.

President Barack Obama has recently warned the Afghanistan President, Hamid Karzai, that he needs to speed up the process to reform Afghanistan. Of course, President Obama praised Karzai over his electoral win, but he stressed that the President will need to take more effort to end corruption in Afghanistan’s government. On the other hand, Obama also wants the Afghanistan government to quickly assume command over their country, which signifies that the US troops might pull out from the country anytime soon.
My personal thoughts:
With Obama sending another ten of thousands of troops into Afghanistan to quell threats from insurgents, I’m pretty sure that this might somehow create a rather positive outcome on the overall war effort. And with Hamid Karzai winning the Afghanistan election, I’m pretty sure that he can put his government in order, as well as assuming command of his country, when the US troops pull out from Afghanistan sometime next year.
